We have the following organised bike ride:

• 3hr ride at 5:45am sharp from the corner of Shenton/Connelly and will go to Two Rocks until the Half Ironman.

Please note the following requirements of all riders on an Al's Cycle Surgery shop ride:

1. Roadworthy road bike, no mountain or hybrid bikes
2. Roadworthy & Australian approved cycle helmet
3. Spares & Tools, minimal requirements:

a) Spare tube
b) Pump or CO2 kit
c) Tyre levers
d) Lights front & rear
